*In case of cancellation, if it is made 24 hours before the call out, then half of the total payment shall be charged to the client. However, if the cancellation is made in less than 24 hours before the call out, the client shall be required to pay the entire amount to Drip Boost. The clients must make sure that they are present at the appointment venue before and after the Drip appointment so that our Nurse can contact you if required.
The client must give their own functional email address for the appointment. Whenever we receive your booking, we shall send you a questionnaire related to your medical condition and fitness. This medical questionnaire must be filled completely and submitted 24 hours before the appointment takes place. If not completed, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment. Looking into the COVID19 pandemic conditions, we are not visiting homes of people who are in self-isolation or are showing COVID symptoms.
